We process data under contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (reliability, product improvement), and consent (where required, e.g., cookies or voice). Voice features process audio transiently for speech‑to‑text; we do not store raw audio by default.

• Bookings: 1 year
• Usage logs: Not retained
