Welcome to Eos Consult LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eosisdawn.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For help, contact support@eosisdawn.com.
You may receive emails (e.g., product updates, billing notices). You can opt out of non‑essential marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
When purchasing paid Services, you agree to provide accurate billing information. We use third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe) to process payments under their terms and our Privacy Policy. Orders may be refused or canceled in cases of fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors.
Promotions may have additional rules. If they conflict with these Terms, the promotion rules apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You can manage or cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. Trials may require a valid payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, service converts to a paid subscription.
We may change fees with reasonable prior notice, effective in the next billing cycle. Continued use after changes means you accept the new fees.
Refund requests are handled case‑by‑case and subject to our policies and applicable law.
All Service content (excluding user content) is owned by Eos Consult LLC or its licensors and protected by law. You may not use it without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; to infringe rights; to transmit spam or malware; to impersonate others; or to interfere with or disrupt the Service (including security or network features).
We may use third‑party providers to monitor and analyze Service usage as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is intended for users 18 years or older.
You are responsible for your account and for maintaining accurate information and secure credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Trademarks and other IP of Eos Consult LLC may not be used without our written consent.
We respect IP rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact support@eosisdawn.com with details. Misuse of the process may result in liability.
We are not responsible for third‑party sites or services linked from the Service. Review their terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eos Consult LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as otherwise permitted by law. You may cancel at any time in the Billing Portal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
We may modify or discontinue the Service or update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
No waiver is effective unless in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
